Screenshots allegedly show Sony Xperia Z4 Dual SIM UI

Several screenshots allegedly taken on an Xperia Z4 Dual give us a peek at the new UI coming from Sony and confirm that the flagship will have a dual-SIM version. One screenshot shows a Qualcomm MSM8994 chipset, aka Snapdragon 810, and Android 5.0.2.
The interface sticks very close to Material Design though Sony still made some modifications.

Alleged Sony Xperia Z4 Dual screenshots
The Sony Xperia Z4 and Z4 dual are supposed to have a 5.2" 1080p or QHD screen, Snapdragon 810 chipset with 3GB of RAM, 21MP camera, waterproof body and stereo speakers. With such a concentration of leaks, we would be very surprised not to see the Xperia Z4 at the MWC in Barcelona (the Xperia Z4 Compact, Z4 Ultra and Z4 Tablet should also be unveiled sooner or later).

Most hotly anticipated phone at MWC

The Samsung Galaxy S6 is a cornerstone for the company, set to finally bring the feel of the company’s flagships up to top standards. Widely criticized for its choice of materials so far, the Korean giant is rebuilding the upcoming smartphone from the ground up, addressing the issue.
The hype, which has been building around the Galaxy S6, showed its results and it emerged victorious in our survey. Samsung’s high-end device is expected to finally bring something new to the table, while competitors will stick to evolutionary changes for this generation.
                    Samsuing Galaxy S6         (31.1%)

                           Htc One M9             (26.9%)

                Samsung Galaxy S6  Edge     (15.3%)

                   Sony xperia Z4                 (27.6%)

The battle for second place was fierce, but in the end the Sony Xperia Z4 inched ahead of the HTC One (M9), with less than a hundred votes splitting the two. Still, users anticipating the next-gen Xperia high-ender may end up disappointed, as its launch appears increasingly less likely to take place at MWC.
Galaxy S6 Edge, the odd little brother to the Samsung flagship came in fourth, proving that special doesn’t necessarily mean more interesting. A respectable 14% of the votes went in its favor nonetheless.

Sony Xperia Z4 visits GeekBench with its Snapdragon 810 chipset

The Xperia Z4 leaks keep mounting, the latest coming from GeekBench. The benchmark confirms a Snapdragon 810 chipset and Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, which is what previous rumors have claimed. The benchmark only found 3GB of RAM though, not 4GB as earlier leaks have suggested.
The Qualcomm MSM8994 chipset, aka Snapdragon 810, features four Cortex-A57 cores and four Cortex-A53 in a big.LITTLE configuration. The processor was only detected at 1.55GHz, which is the top speed of the A53 cores, the faster A57s go as high as 2GHz.

On the graphics side the new Adreno 430, succeeding the 420 in the Snapdragon 805. The new GPU is supposed to offer 30% better performance over the old design, the Cortex-A57 is similarly set to bring 30% more oomph than the A15.
Unfortunately, GeekBench is a CPU-centric benchmark and didn’t even list the screen resolution. It has been suggested that Sony will launch the Xperia Z4 with both a 1080p screen and a QHD one. There's nothing on the camera either, reportedly it will be a 21MP shooter, perhaps using the new IMX230 sensor.
The Sony Xperia Z4 has gotten certifications from the FCC and its Indonesian and Japanese counterparts. We've also seen several of its components leak, all suggesting the handset is close to ready. However, with no press conference at the MWC, chances are Sony won't launch it there and will hold its own event instead.

Sony Xperia Z4 to sport slim bezels and new speaker design

The Sony Xperia Z4 is one of the less likely announcements expected to be seen at the MWC a few weeks from now, judging by the lack of tangible info on the device. A recent leak on Chinese social network Weibo, however, might force us to rethink that position.
A couple of front panels have appeared in live images revealing interesting facts about the upcoming flagship, and suggesting its nearing launch. Revolutionary changes are out of the question obviously, but a few design tweaks are observed.

Most noticeably, the front camera and ambient light/proximity sensors have swapped positions. The bezels appear marginally slimmer than the ones on the previous generation, but if Sony's design language is to be followed, the outer frame will add a few more millimeters to the footprint.
In a move away from the Xperia Z3 and back to the Xperia Z2 the speakers have been repositioned behind thin slits at the edges of the panel. HTC One (M9) was recently revealed to sport a similar design.
No additional info has surfaced on the hardware, but the prevailing top-end specsheet of the year includes a Snapdragon 810 SoC, and 4GB of RAM. Screen size will be anywhere between 5.2 and 5.5 inches and perhaps both FullHD and QHD resolutions will be available.
Either way, the wait for the Mobile World Congress just got even more exciting.

Xperia Z4 gets certified in Indonesia, may be out soon

Sony's upcoming Xperia Z4 smartphone may have just received the necessary certification from Postel, the Indonesian authority that deals with such things.
Three Sony phone models have been given the all clear by Postel, one of which could in fact be the Xperia Z4. The Indonesian authority has only given us the devices' model numbers, but we can make some assumptions based on them.

So let's start with the E6533. Last year's Xperia Z2 had the model number D65xx, while the Xperia Z3was D66xx. The letter used has to do with the year of release - so "E" is right on track for 2015, "D" was for last year, and "C" for 2013. If Sony keeps its naming scheme for the model numbers intact, and there's no reason why it shouldn't, then the E6533 could very well be the Xperia Z4.
Joining it in the Japanese company's portfolio at some point during this year will be the E5333, as well as the E2353. The latter will obviously be the lowest-end of them all, and could actually serve as the successor to the Xperia M2 (which is the D23xx).
The E5333 looks like a midranger by its model number, though exactly which handset it's supposed to replace in Sony's roster isn't clear. The closest older device to its model number is the Xperia T2 Ultra phablet, but that doesn't necessarily mean that this one will have a big screen too.
As for the Z4, if it has started its certification tour already then it should become official sooner, rather than later.
